Annelen Røe (B.1989) Lives and works as a visual artist in Oslo and has a Master's degree in visual arts from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bergen.
In my artistic practice I examine the boundaries between documentary and fiction. As a method, I work across media such as drawing, painting, video and text, but it is mainly an exploration of photography that is central to my practice. Throughout my works, I examine photography's authority and tendency to influence our notions of established truths.
